Although I was brought up in a Christian family, I did not fully understand what it meant to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus until I was in high school. At that time, my brothers and sister were active in church and college ministry. They shared specifically how much God loved me and how to be part of His family. At that point, I acknowledged my need for God and a desire to share the Gospel with others.

Since becoming a Christian, many changes have occured in my life. One was enjoying God's peace, knowing that He was in command, especially when circumstances were difficult. Another was a willful decision to make a difference in other people's lives, whether that be through words or deeds. We can not truly attain anything apart from God, but I try to live faithfully, guided by John 13:34.

Today, I strive to be a good witness regardless if it is as a teacher, social worker, athlete, friend, stranger, or brother.

What are two major changes God has made in you since?
I have become more understanding of why things do not go my way. Also more tolerant of different types of people.
